			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>PERSONAL WEB SITE PROJECT</strong> </p>
<p>I.        The purpose of this assignment is to create a personal website using Microsoft Expression Web authoring software.  You may create your page to your own specifications but I would encourage you to follow acceptable guidelines and good design theory.  Feel free to express yourself as you wish so long as you do not violate school policies. </p>
<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline">Requirements</span></strong>     </p>
<ul>
<li>minimum of 14 pages with working links to and from the home page</li>
<li>include a color scheme with a background color or image</li>
<li>include images appropriate size for page</li>
<li>thumbnail links to larger images if appropriate</li>
<li>include external links to relates sites</li>
<li>all files <strong><span style="text-decoration: underline">must</span></strong> be in your directory on the H drive, your grade will be lowered if you have broken links (the red x where pictures should appear).</li>
<li>Include all PhotoShop Elements Activities (Magazine Cover, Postcard, , GeoShape 1 and 2 Activity, Movie Poster, Me Collage other projects)</li>
<li>This is your FINAL PROJECT due at the end of the class.  I will check your progress weekley with a progress grade. </li>
<li>We will continue to do other activities and projects while working on your FINAL PROJECT.  Please DO NOT WASTE TIME. </li>
</ul>
<p>You can focus on your hobbies, sports, bands, or whatever.  We should learn something about you through the web page. </p>
<p>Progress Checks: April 9, 16, 23, 30 May 7, 13, 21, 28.<br />
DUE JUNE 2nd to me on CD &#8211; Nothing late will be accepted.</p>

<p>Students work collaboratively in teams using Microsoft Photo Story to create a multimedia presentation about <strong>wikis, blogs, podcasts, and webcasts</strong>. Students may include Web 2.0 topics that they use or would like to know more about in their presentation.
