Week of Dec. 14
You better watch out….you better not cry…
Well here we are the week before Christmas and it’s going to be a busy one!
Monday – Sleuth – For the next 5 days watch the sky at the same time during daylight hours and record what type of clouds you see in the sky. Tell what type of weather the cloud predicts. (If it is not raining or snowing AND if it is not too cold we will do this daily in class)
Periods 1,3,6 – To the library to research Climate Change. I will give you your information before we go to the library. Your paper is due no later than January 14th. Please keep in mind when looking at websites (especially those opposed to climate change) you must be very careful as not all information is accurate and credible. I have posted the guidelines on here in case you lose yours.
Periods 4, 7 – Cloud Formations worksheet
Tuesday – Crossword Puzzle Day! We will be doing two puzzles this day – one on clouds and one on your vocabulary words we have done so far this year. So, start digging out those vocab words to bring with you to class on Tuesday!
Wednesday – I have a video to show you on weather.
Thursday - Finish video. Play STORM
Friday- Holiday Activities
Have a safe and restful vacation!
