Welcome back to the LEHS Woodshop Blog.  I hope you are as excited as I am about teaching 6 days a week for the first time in 19 years.  Don’t get me wrong.  I don’t want to give up my Saturdays all the time.

Woods I: Chapter 18 TYK “Routers”  Q & A due tomorrow.  Most of the hand tool projects are done and gone.  We have been cutting out clock patterns on the bandsaw and drilling holes for the clock motors in the back of the clock using the drill press.

Woods II: We are continuing to work on our projects.  I have seen some nice work on chess boards by two or three students and some nice cutting boards and clip boards have gone home lately.  Jon Ayers is currently making 5 cutting boards and a clip board.

Woods III & IV:  We are working on some nice patio furniture, end tables and other fine projects.

Mechanical Drawing: We have moved on to Sections.  Today’s drawing: 54 Full Sections.
