The Principal’s Point of View: March 27, 2008
Scheduling for next year has begun and it is
perhaps one of the most important events of this year, leading to
success next year.
Students will be receiving scheduling materials
this week and returning course requests next week.
We hope that this gives students time to consult with teachers,
counselors and of course, parents.
The scheduling handbook includes important
information, not only about classes offered, but also guidelines to
follow to insure that students have enough credits to satisfy graduation
requirements, be ready for college admission or admission to the Pickaway Ross
Career
Technology
Center.
Please find time this week to review course
selections and choices for next year.
Current classroom teachers and parents can be very helpful with
this process.
Remember also that taking the most rigorous curriculum available will
increase chances of success in the future.
